Thanks

There are a few organisations and people out there who have helped us so far on our way to realising this adventure:

  • Halcrow and Royal Haskoning - Thanks to our employers for letting us have the unpaid leave to take this trip (and of course paying us so we could save the money required to purchase Piper!)
  • Ben and Jenny Measures - for introducing us to sailing and buying us some of the many charts and pilot books that we will need.
  • Claire Salter - for putting up with a boyfriend who runs away to sea (but wants you to come and visit :-)
  • Rob Berry - for providing advice on constructing this web site.
  • Cas Ladha - for making us electronic gadgets and gizmos Cas Ladah
  • Anna and Jo- for their textiles manufacturing assistance. (Thanks Jo for your patience while I searched for patterns of material...)
  • Musto - for giving us a big discount on some swanky waterproofs.
  • Peterborough Mountaineering Club - for supporing our trip with an expedition grant.

We are very grateful for all the support we have recieved so far - .If you would like to help us in any way please get in touch. We will credit all those who help us here and would be happy to test/review equipment, write articles etc.
